Kristen Armstrong

Kristen Armstrong has extensive experience in the field of banking, specifically with Eastern Bank. Kristen started their career at Eastern Bank in 2004 as an Assistant Vice President/Branch Manager, where they worked until 2009. In 2009, they were promoted to Vice President/Branch Manager, a role in which they currently operate. Kristen is known for their leadership skills, ability to develop cohesive teams, and commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Kristen is skilled in business development, financial literacy, and community advocacy. Kristen takes pride in helping individuals manage their finances to achieve their dreams.

Kristen Armstrong's education history starts in 1993 when they attended North Shore Community College, where they pursued an Associates degree in Human Services. Kristen studied there until 1995. In 2000, they enrolled in the New England School of Banking at Williams College, where they obtained a Certificate in Banking in 2001. Most recently, in 2022, Kristen attended UMass Boston and completed the Emerging Leaders Program, earning a Certificate from the Center for Collaborative Leadership.
