Marianne Decologero-Ventura

Marianne DeCologero-Ventura has a strong background in banking and finance, with over 20 years of experience in various roles. Marianne started their career at Eastern Bank in 2005 as an Assistant Branch Manager, where they played a key role in sales goal execution, mentoring the sales team, building business relationships, and providing lending solutions. During their time at Eastern Bank, they also actively participated in various networking groups and mentoring programs. In 2016, Marianne joined Santander Bank, N.A. as a Retail Branch Manager, where they have been responsible for providing a wide range of financial services to both consumers and businesses, including online banking, overdraft protection, merchant services, and home equity lines.

Marianne DeCologero-Ventura pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the New England College of Business from 2010 to 2014.
