Marina Mameli

Marina Mameli has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Marina started their career at Metro Credit Union in 1999, where they worked as an Assistant Branch Manager for seven years before transitioning to the role of Training Manager. As a Training Manager, Marina was responsible for creating and administering curriculums within the learning management system, as well as developing and facilitating training programs for new retail hires. In 2013, Marina joined Georgetown Bank as the AVP Retail Administration, Compliance and Security Officer. In this role, they managed all aspects of compliance audit processes, developed and implemented compliance standards and procedures, and reorganized the Retail division for better efficiency. Marina worked at Georgetown Bank until 2015, when they moved on to Eastern Bank. At Eastern Bank, Marina held two different roles: Vice President, Operational Risk Manager and Vice President, Business Solutions Manager. In both roles, they worked closely with various levels of staff and management to identify and assess risks, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and improve operational processes.

Marina Mameli earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management from Northeastern University from 2008 to 2013. In addition, they obtained a certification as an RSA Archer 6 Certified Associate from RSA Security in September 2018.
