Martha Dean

Martha Dean has had extensive work experience in the banking industry. Martha began their career at Flagship Bank in 1987 as the VP of Operations, where they worked until 2001. Following that, they joined Commonwealth National Bank as the SVP Chief Operations Officer, where they stayed until 2007. In 2008, Martha became the SVP/CIO Operations Officer at Wainwright Bank and remained in that role until 2011. In the same year, they briefly worked as a Senior Manager in Risk Management at Wolf and Company - Wolfpac Solutions Group. Martha then served as the Chief Operating Officer at Grafton Suburban Credit Union from 2011 to 2013. Martha then moved to Centreville Bank in 2013 and held the position of SVP/Chief Operations and Risk Officer until 2014. Currently, Martha is working at Eastern Bank. Martha started as the SVP Director of Operational Risk Management in 2014 and has since held various roles in the company, including SVP Director of Operations and EVP Director of Operations.

Martha Dean attended Lowell High School from 1975 to 1979, where they did not obtain a degree or study a specific field. After completing their high school education, they then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Disorders from Worcester State University from 1979 to 1982.
