Prateek is currently the Head of Sales at Eastern Book Company, where they lead the institutional sales for digital products across India. Prateek is responsible for implementing and executing EBC's digital products in law schools and universities. Prior to this, they were the Head of Sales at Taximall, an initiative by Immortal Travel Pvt Ltd, where they managed the entire operational and functional areas of the project. Prateek also worked at AskmeBazaar as the Deputy Manager-Media Solutions, leading a team of BDMs and Sales Officers. Prateek has experience in online broking as the Business Head at Dawnayday Av Securities Pvt Ltd, and as a Unit Sales Manager at ICICI Lombard. Prateek began their career as a Relationship Manager at Strategic Capital Corporation Pvt Ltd, where they handled direct and channel sales of capital and money market instruments.
Prateek began their education in 2000 at Lucknow University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Commerce. Prateek completed this degree in 2003. Afterward, Prateek joined the Institute of Productivity & Management and enrolled in a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) program with a specialization in Finance.
