Akhil Nair

Akhil Nair is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently, Akhil serves as the Head of Human Resources at George Infra Private Limited, focusing on organizational development and learning & development since April 2024. Prior to this role, Akhil worked at Eastern Condiments Pvt Ltd as Corporate HR specializing in performance management systems and organization development from September 2022 to April 2024. Akhil's career also includes significant positions at Walkaroo International Private Limited, ICICI Lombard, and VKC Group, where expertise in talent management, HR operations, recruitment, and compliance was developed. Akhil holds an MBA in HR from the University of Kerala and a BBM from Bangalore University.
