Roy Kulamakal Enas

Roy Kulamakal Enas has over 27 years of work experience, starting in 1994 with Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces as a Training Manager and progressing to roles such as Manager - Human Resources and Training Manager - Centre of Excellence. In 2004, they joined Arvind Brands Ltd as the Head of Retail HR and OL. From 2005 to 2010, they worked at JRG Wealth Management Ltd as a Director and later as a Strategic Business Partner. In 2010, they joined MTR FOODS PRIVATE LTD as the Head of OD&TM, responsible for enhancing the overall quality of management talent and developing recruitment and retention strategies. In 2018, they moved to MTR Foods Pvt. Ltd. as the General Manager - Organisation Effectiveness. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Eastern Condiments Pvt Ltd as the Chief Human Resources Officer.

Roy Kulamakal Enas attended Mangalore University from 1989 to 1992, where they pursued a degree in Hotel Management (BHM). In February 2012, they obtained a certification in Orkla Foods Management Program from Orkla Brands AS in Oslo, Norway.
