Hawbaker Diana

Hawbaker Diana has extensive experience in the IT and software development fields, beginning with a role as Programmer/Analyst at General Growth from 1975 to 1978, where critical path construction schedules for shopping malls were generated. Diana progressed to Project Manager at Management Controls from 1978 to 1983, overseeing projects and supervising programmers in a custom software environment. As Programming Manager at General Instrument from 1983 to 1986, Diana led a software development team focused on optical character recognition products, followed by a position as Product Manager at Scan Optics from 1986 to 1995, interfacing with various vendors and managing the design and implementation of software solutions. From 1995 to 1997, as Associate Director at MassMutual, Diana established a software testing environment and directed testing standards. Since January 1997, Diana has served as IT Systems Analyst at ECHN, taking on responsibilities such as SharePoint Portal Administration and implementing communication tools and workflow processes. Diana holds a degree from Ashworth College.
