Jillian Menzel

Jillian Menzel, FACHE, MBA, RT(R), has extensive experience in healthcare management, currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Diagnostic Services at Eastern Connecticut Health Network (ECHN) since June 2012. Jillian's roles at ECHN have included Vice President of Diagnostic Services, Assistant Vice President, Director of Medical Imaging, Administrative Director of Medical Imaging and Vascular Services, and Medical Imaging Manager. Additionally, Jillian has worked as Executive Director for NRRON LLC since June 2022 and held the position of Executive Director at Tolland Imaging Center, LLC from September 2020 to July 2023. Previous roles include Administrative Director of Medical Imaging at Waterbury Hospital and X-Ray Technologist at Evergreen Imaging Center. Jillian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Eastern Connecticut State University and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Eastern New Mexico University.
