Kimberly Palma

Kimberley Palma has extensive experience in healthcare administration, serving since November 1997 at Eastern Connecticut Health Network (ECHN) in various leadership roles, including Site Administrator of Rockville General Hospital and Administrative Director of Therapeutic Services. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, providing executive leadership for multiple healthcare services, and implementing process improvements. Previously, Kimberley held administrative positions at Mount Sinai Rehabilitation Hospital and Mount Sinai Hospital, where duties encompassed executive support, operations management, and patient services coordination. Education includes a Master’s Degree and Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration from Capella University, an Associate of Science in Accounting and Business/Management from Manchester Community College, and a high school diploma from Manchester High School.
