Tiffany Gelsomino

Tiffany Gelsomino is the Director of Business Development at Eastern Connecticut Health Network (ECHN), where Tiffany is responsible for improving the patient experience and advancing Senior Care and Health at Home programs. Prior to their current role, Tiffany worked as a Health Outcomes Project Manager at Community Health Network of Connecticut, Inc. managing quality management activities for the HUSKY Health Program. Tiffany holds a Master of Business Administration from Southern Connecticut State University and a Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Connecticut.
