Joseph's early career included positions as an Engineering Intern at Williams and a Field Co-op Engineer at Colonial Pipeline Company. Joseph began professional development as a Summer Intern at Toll Brothers. Academically, Joseph holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, both from Penn State University.
