Ralph Eachus (RJ)

Ralph (RJ) Eachus is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in process engineering, sales, and plant management. Currently serving as an Outside Sales Engineer at Eastern Controls, Inc. since November 2022, RJ previously worked as a Process Engineer at LAPORTE, providing consulting services to clients in the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical sectors. In this role, RJ developed business projects in the Philadelphia region and supported the construction of a GMP cell therapy manufacturing facility. Prior experience includes roles as Plant Manager and Zone Engineer at Airgas, focusing on improving the reliability and efficiency of production facilities, and as a Plant Engineer at Air Liquide, where RJ provided engineering support and led production teams. RJ began the career with a Manufacturing Engineering internship at Kraft Foods Group and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from Penn State University.
