Diane Dragaud has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Diane began their career as a Graduate Research Intern at The American University in 1990. Diane then moved on to the Northern Virginia Community Foundation, where they served as the Director of Programs & Administration from 1993 to 1995. Diane then joined the National Gallery of Art as a Senior Associate in the Division of External Affairs, a position they held until 2000. From 2003 to 2011, they worked at the Coalition of Cancer Cooperative Groups as an Executive Advisor. Diane's most recent role was as the Director of Communications at the ECOG-ACRIN Cancer Research Group, which they have held since 2011. Prior to their professional career, they also had a successful stint as a Classical Pianist.
Diane Dragaud pursued their education through a chronological progression of academic institutions. Diane started their educational journey in 1981 at Heidelberg University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Music degree in Piano Performance in 1983. Subsequently, they continued their studies at the University of Denver, earning another Bachelor of Music degree in Piano Performance in 1988. Later on, Diane enrolled at American University in 1988, completing their Master of Arts (MA) degree in Nonprofit Management in 1992.
