Joshua Schoppe

Joshua Schoppe has a significant and diverse work experience in the field of clinical research and healthcare administration. Joshua joined the ECOG-ACRIN Cancer Research Group in 2018 as the Director of Audit and Quality Control. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Director at Thomas Jefferson University's Regional Network Office from 2016 to 2018, where they oversaw clinical trial operations and expansion of innovative clinical trials. Joshua served as the Senior Outreach Coordinator for Research at Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals from 2008 to 2016, where they managed the clinical research arm of the Kimmel Cancer Center network office, supervised the regulatory group, and facilitated cancer program development activities. Before that, they worked as an Outreach Coordinator for the same institution from 2008 to 2011. Joshua started their career as a Study Coordinator Level III at Thomas Jefferson University in 2006, where their responsibilities included overseeing clinical protocols and coordinating various aspects of clinical trials. Joshua also worked as a Coordinator II at Charles River Laboratories from 2005 to 2006, where they coordinated study designs and maintained communication with sponsors and subcontractors. Their earliest work experience was as a Research Coordinator at Albert Einstein Healthcare Network from 2003 to 2005. Overall, Joshua Schoppe has a comprehensive understanding of clinical research operations and has held various leadership roles throughout their career.

Joshua Schoppe completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology at La Salle University from 1998 to 2002. Joshua later pursued further education in Public Health, obtaining a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree from Jefferson Health between 2005 and 2010. In addition to their academic degrees, Joshua obtained a Lean Leader certification from the Jefferson School of Population Health in December 2012.
