Paul Whiffen

Paul Whiffen has experience as a Programmer Analyst at Eastern Health since June 2016. Prior to this, Paul was a Senior Programmer/Analyst at Medavie Blue Cross/Croix Bleue Medavie from February 2001 to October 2015. Paul also worked as a Programmer Analyst at OAO Technology Solutions, Irving Oil, and IBM Canada. Additionally, Paul served as a Platoon Commander with the Royal Canadian Army Cadets. Paul received their education from the College of the North Atlantic from 1994 to 1997.
