Sharif Omar

Sharif Omar is an experienced healthcare executive currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of KFSHD at Eastern Health Cluster since February 2020. In this role, Sharif oversees the transformation of the healthcare system in the Eastern province of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Previously, Sharif held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Crozer-Keystone Health System, where responsibilities included strategic and administrative oversight of a large academic hospital network. Additional experience includes serving as Market Chief Executive Officer at Northwest Health System, Chief Executive Officer at Pottstown Hospital, Chief Operating Officer at Medical Partners International, and Senior Vice President at HCA. Sharif holds a Master’s degree in Health Administration from Tulane University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from LSU Shreveport.
