Zainab Almarzooq

Zainab Almarzooq is an experienced nursing professional with a focus on excellence in nursing practice and healthcare quality. Currently serving as the Nursing Excellence and Magnet Nurse Manager at Eastern Health Cluster since July 2023, Zainab previously held the position of Senior Clinical Nurse Specialist at Saudi German Hospital from August 2020 to July 2023, where contributions included leading the Nursing and Magnet Program and overseeing quality coordination and education initiatives. Zainab's extensive academic experience includes significant roles at Mohammad Al-Mana College for Medical Sciences, involving collaboration with the National Commission for Academic Accreditation & Assessment and development of strategic plans for the nursing program. Zainab holds a Master’s degree in Pediatric Nursing Science from Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University and a Bachelor's degree in Nursing Science from King Faisal University, along with additional certifications and training through Kaplan Medical School and Kaplan International.
