Ged Millard

Geraldine Millard is an experienced healthcare professional with a focus on allied health and quality improvement. Currently serving as the Chief Allied Health Officer at Eastern Health since October 2021, Geraldine has previously held various leadership roles at both Eastern Health and Monash Health. These positions include Director of Allied Health and Deputy Chief Allied Health Officer at Eastern Health, as well as Associate Director of Quality and Improvement for Acute and Subacute Medicine at Monash Health. Earlier in their career, Geraldine contributed to the field as an Associate Program Director and Associate Director of Allied Health at Eastern Health, and held managerial positions in physiotherapy at Monash Health. Geraldine started their career as a physiotherapist at The Royal Melbourne Hospital and NorthWestern Mental Health from 1995 to 2003.
