Mike Pugliese is an experienced baseball coach and instructor, currently serving as the Assistant Baseball Coach at Eastern Illinois University since August 2021. Prior to this role, Mike held the Assistant Baseball Coach position at Oakton Community College from January 2020 to August 2021. Mike’s extensive experience in baseball includes significant roles at the Illinois Travel Baseball Club, where responsibilities included General Manager, Head Coach, and Assistant Director of Baseball Operations from May 2014 to August 2021, along with a Hitting and Infield Instructor position at Play Ball USA during the same period. Additionally, Mike served as Assistant Varsity Baseball Coach at Adlai E. Stevenson High School from October 2018 to January 2020 and at Notre Dame College Prep in early 2017. Mike Pugliese earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise and Sports Science from Carthage College, graduating in 2014.
