Misty Edwards

Misty Edwards is an experienced professional with a strong background in counseling, education, and health promotion. Since August 2008, Misty has served as the Director and Instructor/Director at Eastern Illinois University Child Care Resource and Referral. Prior roles include Addictions Counselor at CEAD Council and Family and Youth Counselor/Public Relations at the Illinois Coalition for Community Services. Additionally, Misty worked as a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist and held a position at Ampad as a High Pick. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Health Promotion and Leadership and a Master of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences/Human Sciences, both from Eastern Illinois University, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in General Studies/Psychology and an Associate in Science in Applied Psychology.
