Matthew Whitmer

Matthew Whitmer has a diverse and extensive work experience. Most recently, they served as the Vice President for EPIC Products at Eastern Industrial Supplies, Inc. starting in October 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Corporate Director for EPIC Products at the same company from October 2019 to October 2022. From June 2017 to October 2019, they worked as the Business Development Manager for Engineered Products at Eastern Industrial Supplies, Inc.

Before their time at Eastern Industrial Supplies, Inc., Whitmer worked at MRC Global. Matthew held the role of Regional Vice President (Director) from April 2015 to June 2017, and Corporate Vice President for Business Development Downstream from March 2013 to April 2015.

Whitmer also worked at Thompson Industrial Supply, LLC as the General Manager from May 2012 to March 2013.

Prior to that, they had a long tenure at McJunkin Red Man Corporation - MRC, where they held various positions including Regional Manager from October 2010 to May 2012, and OSR/District Manager/Branch Manager from October 2000 to October 2010.

Whitmer started their career at Ferguson Enterprises as a Management Trainee from July 1995 to October 2000.

Matthew Whitmer attended The Citadel from 1991 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Management.
