About

The current leadership team at Eastern Iowa Community College (EICC) has a wealth of experience in higher education and workforce development. The team is led by Vice Chancellor for Workforce and Economic Development, Cindy Carter. Other members of the team include President at Scott Community College, Michael Baumgartner; Assistant Vice President, Organizational Development at Iowa State University Extension and Outreach, Anne Dornak; Vice President For Academic Affairs at North Iowa Area Community College, Dr. Elizabeth (Beth) Neiderhauser; Dean, College of Arts, Letters, and Sciences at Southwest Minnesota State University, Dr. Jay Gatrell; and Administrator at Muscatine Community College, Dr. Lori Ector. This team brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in community college administration, student development, history, business, and more to EICC.
