Tanlee Wasson is the SVP, Student Success, Engagement & Opportunity at Eastern Kentucky University. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Institutional Effectiveness & Assistant Professor of Business at Indiana University Southeast from August 2009 to May 2015. Before their time at Indiana University Southeast, Wasson was the Associate VP for Academic Affairs: Institutional Effectiveness at Union College from February 2007 to August 2009. Tanlee began their career as a Research Analyst at the Legislative Research Commission in May 2006.

Tanlee Wasson earned their PhD in Organizational Psychology from Hofstra University. Tanlee also holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Eastern Kentucky University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Berea College.
