Shane Campbell has extensive experience in the IT support field. Shane started their career in 2010 as an IT Analyst, Client Services at Modis, where they provided end user support for desktop and network issues. Shane also maintained technical documentation and managed mobile devices. In 2014, they joined ClearOne Advantage as a Desktop Support specialist, handling server installation and configuration. At Vision Technology Services (T.Rowe Price), starting in 2014, Shane worked as a Desktop Support Analyst, providing technical support for desktop and network issues within a large network. Shane also worked closely with end users to resolve technical problems. Currently, they are an IT Support Technician at Eastern Lift Truck Company, where they are responsible for providing technical support.
