Shane Dunkleberger

Shane Dunkleberger's work experience begins with their current role as an Information Technology Support Specialist at Eastern Lift Truck Co., Inc., which began in January 2022.

Prior to this, they worked as a Jr. Systems/Network Administrator at International Computer Services, Inc. from March 2021 to January 2022.

From January 2020 to February 2021, they were employed as a System Administrator at Softrams.

Shane worked at FEI Systems from February 2019 to January 2020, fulfilling the roles of a Product Owner and a Desktop Administrator.

Before transitioning to the IT field, Shane worked as a Counselor at Father Martin's Ashley from November 2012 to April 2014, and at Powell Recovery Center from September 2011 to October 2012. Shane also served as a Mental Health Worker at Sheppard Pratt from August 2011 to April 2012, and as a Counselor at Hampden Health Solutions from October 2010 to August 2011.

Early in their career, Shane worked as a Clinical Case Manager at CRC Health Group from April 2010 to August 2010.

Shane Dunkleberger obtained a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree in Clinical/Medical Social Work from the University of Maryland Baltimore, where they studied from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Social Work from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania, completing their studies from 2006 to 2010. Additionally, Shane Dunkleberger holds several certifications, including the Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) obtained in June 2020, the Certified SAFe 5 DevOps Practitioner certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. obtained in March 2020, the Certified SAFe® 4 Practitioner certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. obtained in March 2019, and the Licensed Graduate Social Worker certification from the Maryland State Board of Social Work Examiners obtained in September 2012.
