The Customer Service and Support team at Eastern Lift Truck Co., Inc. is responsible for providing exceptional service to clients by coordinating maintenance schedules, processing service requests, and handling customer inquiries. Comprised of Service Administrators and Customer Service Representatives, the team ensures timely and efficient support for all material handling equipment needs, including new and used forklifts, aerial work platforms, and rentals across various states.
