Idalia Milan is an experienced Environmental Health Analyst/Educator, Safe Water Technician, and Special Projects Officer. With a background in Chemical Engineering and Business Administration, Idalia has worked in various capacities in companies such as EASTERN ONTARIO HEALTH UNIT, Revêtements Antoni Coating Inc., and Cuban Plastic Company. Idalia holds several certificates in emergency preparedness, GIS, and continuing quality improvement, showcasing their commitment to professional development. Idalia's academic achievements include a Master of Science in Environment and Management, a diploma in Education, and certifications in various fields related to public health and environmental management.
