Sam Bitar

Sam Bitar is the current director at EASTERN ORTHODOX MANAGEMENT CORP. Prior to their current position, Sam held various positions at different companies including Executive Director at Webster Five Foundation, Vice President/Business Systems Manager at Webster Five, and School Committee Chair at Oxford Public Schools. Sam has been an advocate for fair and responsible budgets, as well as rigorous instruction and course offerings at all grade levels. Sam has also been a part of contract negotiations with different collective bargaining units. Under Sam’s leadership, the district went from a level 3 accountability rating to a level 2, and the high school went from a level 3 accountability rating to a level 1. Sam holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

Sam Bitar has a Master's in Finance from Clark University and a Bachelor's in Business Administration - Management from Assumption University. Sam also has certification from the Pragmatic Institute as a Pragmatic Certified Product Manager and from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a Notary Public. Additionally, they are certified by the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry as a Mortgage Originator.
