The Customer Care and Support team at Eastern Propane & Oil ensures exceptional customer experiences by managing inquiries, resolving service issues, and providing technical assistance. This team, led by the Customer Care Manager and supported by the Assistant Vice President of Customer Care, IT Support Manager, Service Support Manager, and Senior Helpdesk Support Technician, works collaboratively to maintain high service standards across the Northeast region.
