Judy Reagan is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operational leadership across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Eastern Shawnee Companies since October 2023, Judy previously held the same title at Grey Snow Companies from January 2023 to September 2023, where responsibilities included securing SBA 8(A) certification. As General Manager at Grey Snow Professional Services, LLC, from August 2022 to September 2023, oversight of daily operations and P&L accountability was paramount. While at Tepa Companies from March 2020 to May 2022, Judy developed a go-to-market strategy and defined customer personas. Judy's career began at Geographic Information Services, Inc., where multiple leadership roles culminated in the position of President & COO, and earlier experience includes serving as GIS Manager at Shaw Environmental, Inc. Judy holds a Master of Science in Soil Science from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from Tennessee Technological University.
