Matt Metcalf, PE, F.SAME, currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Eastern Shawnee Companies since October 2023, focusing on leadership in operations with an emphasis on growth and long-term profitability. Previously, Matt held the position of Chief Strategy Officer at Grey Snow Management Solutions, LLC, and was instrumental as Chief Business Development Officer at Tepa, LLC from 2012 to April 2022, overseeing business development initiatives across multiple units and ensuring compliance with SBA and FAR requirements. Additional roles included Chief Operations Officer for Professional Services, Director of Federal Programs, and various positions in business development and engineering across firms such as Tug Hill Construction, AMEC, HNTB, and The Larkin Group, as well as serving as a Surface Warfare Officer in the US Navy. Matt earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Purdue University.
