Currently serving at Eastern Shipbuilding Group, Inc. since February 2023, Tom previously held the same title at TEVET from November 2020 to February 2023, where a focus on customer service and innovative systems enhanced procurement efficiency and productivity. Tom's career also includes a significant tenure at Austal, from November 2013 to November 2020. Educationally, Tom holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Massachusetts School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Communication from Marquette University.
