Lauren Moran is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in pastry and business ownership. They began their career as a Pastry Chef at Sel de la Terre and gained additional experience at New France LLC and Eastern Standard Kitchen and Drinks from 2009 to 2016. Currently, Lauren is the Bakery Chef and Owner at Honeycomb, as well as the Chief Product Officer and Founder of Eastern Standard Provisions, roles they have held since 2017 and 2018, respectively. Lauren holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Communications from the University of Delaware, earned in 2007.
