Tenten Wei is currently the Head of Studios at EST Media Holdings, Inc., where they established EST Studios and EST N8. They have an extensive background in the entertainment industry, having worked in various roles such as Director of Content Acquisition & Distribution at Starlight Culture Entertainment and Content Acquisition Executive at Tiger Pictures Entertainment. Tenten Wei also has experience in sales and distribution, serving as the Head of Asia Sales & Distribution at Instrum International and as a Film and TV Sales Assistant at MonteCristo International LLC. They started their career as a Film & TV Producer, taking on diverse projects and playing a pivotal role in project development. Tenten Wei holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Film/Cinema/Video Studies from New York Film Academy.
