Eastern State Penitentiary Historic Site
Heather Griffin is an experienced theatre professional and educator with a strong background in lighting design, technical operations, and management. Currently serving as an Electrician and Spotlight Operator at Riverside Theatre, Heather facilitates lighting for productions such as Jersey Boys, Kinky Boots, and On Your Feet! Previous roles include Assistant Department Manager at Eastern State Penitentiary Historic Site, Inc., overseeing operations for Halloween Nights, and Rentals & Production Manager at Christ Church Neighborhood House, responsible for managing technical systems and liaising with renters. Heather's diverse experience includes positions as a Usher at both the Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts and Bryn Mawr College, Theatre Electrician at Bucks County Playhouse, and Digital Media Manager for Lyderary Ink. Educational qualifications include a B.A. in Psychology from Bryn Mawr College.

Its innovative preservation, interpretation, and public programs move visitors to engage in dialogue and deepen the national conversation about criminal justice.
