With experience in ticketing, admissions, and staff supervision, Richard has worked at Eastern State Penitentiary Historic Site, Philadelphia Zoo, and Garden State Discovery Museum. Richard's expertise in designing educational programs and managing guest experiences has been honed through roles such as Visitor Experience and Education Manager. Graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Theater/Musical Theater from Temple University, Richard brings a creative and dynamic approach to their roles.
