Courtney Kilian

Courtney Kilian serves as the Head Football Athletic Trainer at Eastern University since July 2022, following experience as an Assistant Athletic Trainer at Delaware Valley University and a Student Athletic Trainer at Eastern University. Courtney has managed a roster of 37 athletes while implementing COVID-19 protocols, and has a background in supporting various sports, including football, basketball, and soccer. In addition to clinical roles, Courtney has contributed to athlete evaluations and rehabilitation, and has developed skills in documentation and concussion testing. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Inclusive and Ethical Leadership at Albright College, Courtney holds a Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training from Eastern University.
