Khalil Martin

Khalil Martin, LCSW, is an accomplished social worker with extensive experience in various roles within the field. Currently serving as a Visiting Lecturer & Assistant Internship Director and Adjunct Instructor at Eastern University since January 2023, Khalil also founded the Heartset Training Center in August 2024 as a trainer. Previous positions include Therapist at Perez Therapy, LLC, and Behavioral Health Consultant at Prevention Point Philadelphia, along with a Clinical Team Leader role at Pathways to Housing PA. Khalil's background includes working as a Therapist at Renew Family Services, LLC, and Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals, and as a Life Skills Counselor and Resident Advisor at Valley Youth House. Educationally, Khalil holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Eastern University.
