Michael Bicking

Michael Bicking is an experienced security and public safety professional with a substantial background in law enforcement and risk management. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Standing Stone Security Consulting since April 2009, and as the Director of Public Safety at Eastern University since September 2017, Bicking provides strategic counsel on security and emergency management. Bicking also contributed as an Instructor at the Clery Center from June 2014 to January 2020 and retired as the Director of Public Safety & Chief of Police at West Chester University of Pennsylvania, where responsibilities included overseeing police services and emergency planning. Bicking holds a BA in Political Science from Lycoming College and a certificate in Threat Assessment from the Advanced Threat Assessment and Management Institute.
