Terry Green

Terry Green is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in manufacturing, distribution, and continuous improvement across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Operations for Eastern Wholesale Fence LLC since January 2025, Terry oversees the profit and loss responsibilities and leadership for aluminum, vinyl, and chain link operations in the Southeast region. Prior roles include serving as Director of Operations at Plymouth Tube Company and Enviva, and as Global Director of Operational Excellence at Matthews International, where factory turnarounds and improvements were key focuses. With extensive experience in Lean transformations from tenure at Simpler Consulting, combined with military leadership as an Infantry Officer in the United States Army, Terry possesses a diverse skill set backed by a Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy and an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, alongside a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt from Villanova University.
