John Goings

John Goings, OWDS, serves as the Director of Military & Veteran's Programs at Easterseals Crossroads, where responsibilities include collaborating with the Executive Leadership Team to create and implement strategic plans, recruiting and developing a talented team, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Prior to this role, John held positions as Lead Veteran Career Coach and Veteran Career Coach within the same organization, focusing on career planning, job placements, and building relationships with employers and service partners to support veteran clients. John's earlier experience includes working as a Warehouse Team Member at IS Connect and as a Driver/Supervisor at B&R Services, where operational and customer service skills were honed. John is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership at the Indiana Institute of Technology, expected to graduate in November 2024.
