Nikol Prieto is currently working as a Community Outreach Coordinator at INDATA project at Easter Seals Crossroads. Previously, Nikol worked as a Customer Care Advocate at Anthem. Nikol's responsibilities included assisting with scheduling and coordination of equipment demonstration and re-use activities, as well as coordinating and conducting assistive technology presentations and exhibits at events state-wide. At Anthem, Nikol handled inbound customer service calls regarding medical claims and processed medical claims.
