Luanne Welch has a robust background in leadership within the nonprofit sector, particularly focused on disability services. Currently serving as CEO of Easterseals UCP North Carolina & Virginia since July 2014, Luanne previously held the CEO position at Easter Seals South Florida from August 2007 to June 2014. Prior to these roles, Luanne was the COO of Easter Seals UCP North Carolina from August 2004 to August 2007 and worked as a Regional Manager at Easter Seals, Inc. from December 2001 to August 2004. Luanne Welch earned a Bachelor of Science degree from North Carolina State University.
