Aaron S. currently serves as Senior Director for P&G New Ventures at Procter & Gamble, leading a team responsible for developing new brands and categories projected to achieve over $250 million in sales. Previously, Aaron was the Senior Director for North America Hair Care, overseeing a team that launched over 100 products across a $2 billion portfolio. Aaron has also held various managerial roles focusing on consumer insights and analytics within P&G's leading brands. In addition to corporate leadership, Aaron contributes as a Board Member for Easterseals Serving Greater Cincinnati, supporting services for individuals with disabilities and their families. Recent education includes a certificate in Disruptive Strategy from Harvard Business School Online, complemented by a B.A. in Business Economics from the University of Cincinnati.
