Eric Cybulski

Eric Cybulski, MBA has a wealth of experience in program administration, rehabilitative service programs, and outpatient therapy. At Easterseals, they held the position of Vice President of Program Administration, overseeing day-to-day operations, financials, compliance, human resources, and program development. Eric successfully increased program utilization and implemented a strategic marketing plan resulting in significant revenue growth. At Access Rehabilitation, they served as the Director of Rehabilitative Service Programs, where they provided leadership and strategic direction, transitioning the outpatient rehab department to electronic medical records and reducing expenses. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Outpatient Therapist at Saint Mary's Hospital, specializing in orthopedic upper extremity rehab and mentoring other OT therapists.

Eric Cybulski, MBA has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Healthcare Administration from Quinnipiac University - School of Business. Eric also holds a Certification of Health Care Compliance from Quinnipiac University School of Law. Eric'sundergraduate education includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy/Therapist from the University of Hartford, where they transferred from Wheaton College Massachusetts, where they were studying Psychology. Eric has additional certifications as a Board Certified Occupational Therapist (OTR) obtained from the NATIONAL BOARD OF CERTIFIED OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST (NBCOT) and CPR from the American Red Cross.
