Luba S. is an experienced financial professional with a robust background in accounting and finance. Currently serving as Controller at Easterseals since July 2021, Luba has also held Controller positions at Esperanza Health Centers and Finance Director at Kenneth Young Center, where responsibilities included overseeing all financial-related areas such as budgeting, cash flow management, and business planning. Luba's extensive experience at Rotary International involved planning and coordinating accounting for grant activities exceeding $100 million annually, as well as managing year-end financial processes. Luba holds an M.B.A. in Accounting and a Graduate Certificate in Accounting from Keller Graduate School, in addition to a Bachelor of Science in Finance from DePaul University.
