Tom Davies

Before joining Easterseals, Tom spent three decades working for global corporations across a variety of departments, including computer aided manufacturing, software development and testing, and leading a multi-country infrastructure team. Throughout his career Tom has been at the forefront of implementing new technology and starting new initiatives. At Molex, he established and led the IT support organization. Since joining Easterseals in 2015, Tom and his team have stabilized, updated, and secured the National office’s IT systems. Tom earned his master’s in organizational psychology from National Louis University.
