Tracy Garner has extensive experience in leadership roles within non-profit organizations focused on serving people with disabilities. Garner began as Program Director at TARC..Serving People with Disabilities from 1994 to 2002 and later held positions at Easter Seals Louisiana, including Director of Operations and President/CEO from 2004 to 2006 and 2010 to September 2025, respectively. Currently, Garner serves as Chief Operating Officer at Easterseals and as a Peer Surveyor for CARF International since August 2021, helping non-profits meet accreditation standards.
