Marshall A. Loeb

Marshall Loeb has a strong work history in the real estate industry. Marshall served as the President & CEO of EastGroup Properties since 2015. Prior to that, they were the President and COO of Glimcher Realty Trust from 2005 to 2015. From 2000 to 2005, they held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Parkway Properties, and from 1991 to 2000, they worked as the Senior Vice President - Western Region at EastGroup Properties Inc.

Marshall Loeb completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting at The University of Alabama. Marshall later pursued an MBA at Harvard Business School.
